In honor of Vox's launch tomorrow, what's your favorite feature or aspect of Vox?
It would have to be the overall approach - they have a very clear objective in mind, and approached the design and implementation from that perspective. As a result they have created a blog that encourages participation and integration, and that is good fun :)
How many computers do you have in your house?
Submitted by Foomper.
Five! And only 2 people :-)
- Apple PowerBook (17" G4, 2GB RAM, 100GB Hard Drive) - my notebook
- Apple iMac (20" Core 2 Duo, 2GB RAM, 256MB VRAM, 250GB Hard Drive) - wifes desktop
- Apple Mac Mini (Core Duo, 2GB RAM, 120GB Hard Drive) - mutli media hub, and my desktop
- Sony Vaio Desktop (PCV - RS707, 2GB RAM, 200GB Hard Drive) - used for PC support, some Windows only apps
- Sony Vaio Notebook (PCG - SR21K) - hardly ever used
The "sad" thing is with the exception of the PCG-SR21K we use them all every day :-) I am a big fan of distributed computing so certain machines fullfill certain tasks. They are all networked, connect to two Airport Express music systems, and have an additional 550GB of external hard drives connected to them!
